Executive Function Coaching & Parent Training for All Ages—Supporting ADHD & Neurodiverse Learners in Fostering Independence
As an executive function coach, I support both students and parents in building independence, organization, and emotional regulation. My coaching helps students strengthen executive function skills while equipping parents with strategies to create structure and encourage growth at home.
My goal is to support both students and parents in developing executive function skills that foster independence and reduce stress at home.
Students gain tools to manage their responsibilities, while parents learn how to set expectations, provide structure, and encourage accountability. I also work with families of young adults experiencing ‘failure to launch’ challenges, providing guidance on setting healthy boundaries and fostering independence.
My coaching covers the following areas:
For Parents
Strategies to support executive function at home
Fostering independence while reducing over-reliance on parent prompting
Effective communication and routine-building
Encouraging accountability in a supportive way
For Students
Time management, planning, and prioritizing
Scaffolding
Study skills and resources
Self-advocacy
Here’s how I’ll guide you
In my executive function & academic coaching, I provide personalized coaching for students and parents, helping build independence, structure, and long-term success at home and school.

1
Starting our Sessions
Coaching sessions are designed to support both students and parents. With students, we focus on executive function skills such as time management, task initiation, and study strategies. Parent sessions provide guidance on creating structure, setting realistic expectations, and fostering independence while reducing stress and power struggles.
2
Continued Support
Coaching extends beyond just student support—I work with parents to ensure strategies are reinforced at home. Families receive ongoing guidance, structured routines, and practical tools to improve executive function skills and reduce daily stress. Whether through parent-only coaching or joint sessions, I help create a framework for long-term success.
