  • Task initiation vs. procrastination

  • Time management, planning, and prioritizing

  • Study skills and resource evaluation

  • Emotional resilience, goal setting, and self-empowerment

  • Self-advocacy

Starting our Sessions

Throughout our coaching, I focus on building essential skills such as time management, task prioritization, and study routines. I also monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to strategies, offering recommendations for assistive technology and apps to support executive function.

2

Continued Support

Clients receive ongoing guidance for balancing their academic workloads with personal life and creating assignment schedules. Packages also include scheduled virtual check-ins to discuss progress and accountability. Continued support through email and text is available for brief questions or clarifications; more in-depth discussions will require a scheduled session.
